What do I do if the app isn’t working?

Try restarting your iPad to reset the application by holding down on the button at the top right corner of your iPad until a red sliding bar appears to power it off, or restart the application itself by double-clicking the home button and closing the application in the menu that appears at the bottom of the screen. If restarting your iPad and the app doesn’t work, try removing the app from your iPad by holding down on the app button until a circled “x” appears in the corner; tap the corner to delete it temporarily. Enter the iTunes Store again and re-install the app – if you are logged in with the same Apple account you used when you initially downloaded the app, your account information saves your purchase history so you won’t have to buy it again.
